• Class placement is on a first come first serve basis.
• Class emails with additional information will be emailed to families at the end of the registration period. Payment is required online via credit card during registration or via check with paper registration
• If a program has hit maximum enrollment, you may register to join the waitlist. You will receive an email if a spot opens up.

Limited financial aid opportunities are available for those who qualify.  Please indicate your request at the time of registration.  Kindly note: if approved and accepted into a class, financial aid is available for one class per child per session.

• During the registration period you may withdraw your registration request for any reason. To request a withdrawal and/or a refund (if applicable), you must contact Baroody Camps at [email protected]. After the registration period has closed, Baroody Camps cannot guarantee a full refund for any class(es).  If your child does not enjoy their program for any reason, a request to cancel may be made to [email protected] NO LATER than 48 hours after the second class date.  No refunds or credits will be issued after this deadline.  Some programs may require a return of equipment or supplies before a refund can be processed.
• All refunds will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis & must be discussed with Baroody Camps directly. The MVCS PTA is NOT responsible for issuing credits/cancellations for any of the classes.
• Late registrations may be permitted at the discretion of the vendor and school. There will be no late registrations after the second class of any program. Late registrations will no longer be offered at a prorated rate. Exceptions may apply for extenuating circumstances, please email us at [email protected]. 

Please indicate where your child goes at dismissal (bus, after school program, pick up, walker) during registration. If your child is a bus rider, indicate the BUS DROP OFF LOCATION. If your child attends an after school program besides Campagna or Rec, you must notify the after school provider to arrange pick up of your child.

• Parent/Caregiver Pick up – please list the people allowed to pick up your child during registration. The On-Site Coordinator provides instructors with a roster indicating the name(s) of people allowed to pick up your child. The parent/caregiver must be on this list and will sign attendance sheets showing that each child was picked up.
• All students must be picked up promptly at 3:45pm in the Auditorium. If you’re late two or more times, your child may no longer be able to participate. We do not have personnel available to supervise your child when you are late.
• Campagna/MVCS Rec Center - Students attending Campagna or MVCS Rec will be escorted to the appropriate location following clubs.
• Creative Play - Unfortunately, Creative Play is not able to send a representative to MVCS this session. Parents will need to arrange for alternate pick up arrangements following enrichment. (updated as of October 3, 2023)
• YMCA - Parents must arrange for the YMCA bus to pick up their child after clubs.
• For other Rec Centers - dismissal is BUS. Please indicate the bus drop of location as the rec center your child should go to.

**Please note – MVCS Rec students are not permitted to leave MVCS Rec once they have signed in.

If there are changes to your child’s normal dismissal process, including the names of additional people allowed to pick up your child, you must notify Baroody Camps at [email protected] prior to the start of clubs.

Baroody provided snacks are available to all after-school club participants. We encourage families to take advantage of these snacks both for the convenience they offer & for the low risk they pose to children with allergies.

• Please indicate if you'd like your child to receive the snack or NOT to receive the snack during registration
• If you prefer to send your own healthy snack with your child, you may do so, but must inform Baroody Camps. Please do not send anything that contains nuts or was processed in a facility that processes other products containing nuts.

If your child has a medical condition and/or allergy, serious or not, please indicate this at the time of registration. Program providers will be given an allergy list of students participating in their class. Snacks will be monitored by the On-Site Coordinator and the Program instructors in their classrooms with serious allergy students monitored closely.

Note: We do not have access to the health office during after school clubs

We want to ensure that all students participating in the clubs enjoy the experience.

• It is expected that all students will abide by ACPS classroom and school rules and regulations during clubs.
• Instructors are experienced at using classroom management techniques to allow misbehaving children time to adjust. If a child continues to have difficulties, he or she will be removed from the club and remain with the onsite coordinator who will decide if and when the child can return to the club that day and inform parents about the situation.
• If the child is removed from that club a second time, the child will be withdrawn from that club for the remainder of the session. The parents and school will be informed of this decision. No partial refunds will be given in these situations. We look to all parents to support our instructors so all of our children can have an enjoyable experience.
